From May 18-19, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Major Championship at Countryside. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Timothy Adkins from Geneva, IL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Adkins brought in scores of 76 and 70 for a combined total of 146 for the weekend. Rylan Lother from Gurnee, IL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 73 and 77 for a combined total of 150. Ricardo Gonzalez from Mexico, Mexico was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 86 and 85 for a combined total of 171. Thomas Hamming from Lake Forest, IL finished the top three honors with scores of 81 and 92 for a weekend total of 173.
Brady Gaschke from Where Golfer is From was the first-place finisher this weekend. Gaschke brought in scores of 82 and 86 for a combined total of 168 for the weekend.
