From March 18-19, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Laurel Hill Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Thomas Grenier from Thetford Mines, Canada was the first-place finisher this weekend. Grenier brought in scores of 73 and 81 for a combined total of 154 for the weekend. Charly Pinel from Levis, Canada was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 80 and 76 for a combined total of 156. Felix Lamothe from Quebec, Canada and Yitian Xie from Potomac, MD tied to finish out the top three honors for the weekend. Lamothe’s 76 and 82 and Xie’s 79 and 79 both combined for a total of 158.
Ryan Moseley from Vienna, VA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Moseley brought in scores of 85 and 82 for a combined total of 167 for the weekend. Armaan Osterman from Fairfax, VA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 86 and 82 for a combined total of 168. William Savard-Forget from Quebec, Canada finished the top three honors with scores of 87 and 82 for a weekend total of 169.
Kamryn Garg from Lorton, VA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Garg brought in scores of 86 and 94 for a combined total of 180 for the weekend. Justin Han from Fairfax Station, VA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 93 and 98 for a combined total of 191.
Emily Wang from McLean, VA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Wang brought in scores of 84 and 79 for a combined total of 163 for the weekend. Leela Kenwood from Bethesda, MD was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 84 and 83 for a combined total of 167. Faris Smith from Bethesda, MD finished the top three honors with scores of 97 and 91 for a weekend total of 188.
Carrington Faulkner from Potomac, MD was the first-place finisher this weekend. Faulkner brought in scores of 93 amd 90 for a combined total of 183 for the weekend. Rachel Zhu from Washington, DC was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 107 and 112 for a combined total of 219.
