Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted Lake Nona Junior Open this past weekend, June 11-12, at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of 6 divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15, Division, Boys 12-13 Division, Boys 10-11 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls U13 Division.
Zoravar Randhawa from Gurgoan, India claimed first place this weekend with rounds of 74 and 71, finishing with a total score of 145. Ethan Parish from St. Cloud, FL finished in second place with scores of 79 and 70 for a weekend total of 149. Edwin Fenton from Bradenton, FL and Nicholas Lehto from Lake Nona, FL both finished tied for third place. Fenton carded rounds of 76 and 75, while Lehto carded rounds of 75 and 76, both had a weekend total of 151.
Asher Simons from Orlando, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Simons brought in scores of 76 and 84 for a weekend total of 160. Xuanhe Fan from Shandong, China finished in second place with scores of 90 and 77 for a weekend total of 167. Michael Younes from Tampa, FL finished in third place with scores of 83 and 85 for a combined total of 168.
Gerald Emerson from Pilar, Argentina was the first-place finisher this weekend. Emerson brought in scores of 87 and 82 for a combined total of 169 for the weekend. Zain Sadiq from Sanford, FL finished in second place with scores of 86 and 86 for a weekend total of 172. Evan Pratt from Montverde, FL finished in third place with scores of 88 and 94 for a weekend total of 182.
Travis Reaves from Lake Mary, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Reaves brought in scores of 75 and 76 for a weekend total of 151.Mason Fulgencio from Tampa, FL finished in second place with scores of 86 and 87 for a weekend total of 173.
Yukino Kudo from Tokyo, Japan was the first-place finisher this weekend with scores of 72 and 74 for a weekend total of 146. Caraline Hartfield from Bonita Springs, FL was the runner up this weekend with scores of 79 and 75 for a combined total of 154. Chien-Ying Lee from Taiwan and Collins Toth from Palm City, FL finished tied for third place. Lee carded rounds of 82 and 79 while Toth carded rounds of 84 and 77, both having a weekend total of 161.
