Kansas City Summer Junior Open
From July 2-3, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Kansas City Summer Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of three divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Girls 14-18 Division.

Andrew Fallis from Columbia, Missouri was the first-place finisher this weekend. Fallis brought in scores of 71 and 71 for a combined total of 142 for the weekend. Nick Hartman from Mission Hills, Kansas and Will Hedges from Lawrence, Kansas tied for the runner-up this weekend withs cores of 72 and 71, and 73 and 70, respectively, for a total of 143 each. Joseph Wisocki from Willmar, Minnesota finished the top three honors with scores of 74 and 71 for a weekend total of 145.

Cullen Kintner from Overland Park, Kansas finished the top three honors with scores of 82 and 90 for a weekend total of 172.
