From June 8-9, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Jacksonville Summer Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, and Girls 14-18 Division.
Ryo Murata from Nagano, Japan was the first-place finisher this weekend. Murata brought in scores of 71 and 71 for a combined total of 142 for the weekend. Reira Aoyagi from Japan, Japan was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 68 and 78 for a combined total of 146.
