From February 3-4, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted the Jacksonville Beach Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format and with a field of six divisions, including the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys U10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division and Girls U13 Division.
Connor Wolf from New Brighton, MN was the first-place finisher of the Jacksonville Beach Junior Open. Wolf scored 73 and 76, giving him a combined total of 149 strokes. Antoine Jasmin from Blainville, Canada was the runner up. Jasmin shot 72 and 78, finishing just one point behind the leader with 150 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Andrew Kang from Seongnam-si, Republic of Korea. Kang scored 80 and 82, giving him a combined total of 162 strokes.
Brendan Walrath from Watersound, FL was the first-place finisher of the Boys 14-15 Division. Walrath scored 86 and 76, giving him a combined total of 162 strokes. Marek Majercak from Rovinka, Slovakia was the runner up. Majercak shot 85 and 84, giving him a total of 169 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Brady Oreilly from Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Oreilly scored 89 and 84, giving him a combined total of 173 strokes to finish the weekend.
Patrick Nagle from Ponte Vedra Beach, FL was the first-place finisher of the Boys 11-13 Division. Nagle scored 82 and 81, giving him a combined total of 163 strokes. Dean Raider from Ponte Vedra Beach, FL was the runner up. Raider shot 85 and 81, giving him a total of 166 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Hudson Murray from Bradenton, FL. Murray scored 85 and 82, giving him a combined total of 167 strokes.
Scott Nagy from Jacksonville, FL was the first-place finisher of the Boys U10 Division. Nagy scored 92 and 82, giving him a combined total of 174 strokes.
Evyn Cannon from Edmond, OK was the first-place finisher of the Girls 14-18 Division. Cannon scored 76 in the first round and 38 in round two, giving her a combined total of 114 strokes. Chloe McGrath from Jacksonville, FL was the runner up. McGrath scored 81 and 40, giving her a total of 121 strokes. Constanza Beamonte from Zaragoza, Spain rounded out the top three honors. Beamonte scored 85 and 40, giving her a combined total of 125 strokes.
Riley Powell from St. Augustine, FL was the first-place finisher of the Girls U13 Division. Powell scored 88 and 41, giving her a combined total of 129 strokes.
