From March 9-10, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted the Hilton Head Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format and with a field of five divisions, including the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Girls 14-18 Division and Girls U13 Division.

Kittiphop Chantang from Muang, Thailand was the first-place finisher of the Hilton Head Junior Open. Chantang scored 75 and 74, giving him a combined total of 149 strokes. Lincoln Mackay from Evergreen, CO was the runner up. Mackay shot 76 in both rounds, finishing with 152 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors were Bode King from Hartland, WI and Tom Silfverling from Stockholm, Sweden. Both scored 154 strokes, with King shooting 78 and 76 while Silfverling shot 77 in both rounds.
