The Hilton Head Junior Open delivered an exciting weekend of competition at the Country Club of Hilton Head from March 8-9, 2025. Junior golfers from across the country competed with skill and determination, tackling the challenging course while demonstrating outstanding sportsmanship. With impressive performances across all divisions, the tournament provided thrilling moments and showcased remarkable talent.
Gavin Richardson from Concord, NH, finished in first place, posting 71 on Day 1 and 78 on Day 2, for a total of 149 strokes. Luke Royer from Columbus, OH, secured second place with rounds of 77 on Day 1 and 78 on Day 2, finishing with 155 strokes. Trey Lulay from Anchorage, AK, rounded out the top three, posting 75 on Day 1 and 85 on Day 2, for a combined total of 160 strokes
Wilson Doornekamp from Kingston, Canada, finished in first place, delivering rounds of 83 on Day 1 and 80 on Day 2, for a total of 163 strokes. Kohler Preuss from Mount Pleasant, SC, secured second place with rounds of 86 on Day 1 and 90 on Day 2, totaling 176 strokes. Sandy Jostyn from Hamilton, MA, took third place, posting 87 on Day 1 and 97 on Day 2, for a total of 184 strokes.
Joshua Johnson Jr. from Bluffton, SC, finished in first place, scoring 77 on Day 1 and 72 on Day 2, for a total of 149 strokes. Graves Boyd from Johns Island, SC, secured second place with rounds of 81 on Day 1 and 70 on Day 2, finishing with 151 strokes. Jayce Archer from Moncks Corner, SC, rounded out the top three, posting 82 on both Day 1 and Day 2, for a total of 164 strokes.
Fiona Clancy from Saint Augustine, FL, finished in first place, posting 82 on Day 1 and 77 on Day 2, for a total of 159 strokes. Isabel Knickle from Washington, DC, secured second place with rounds of 83 on Day 1 and 78 on Day 2, totaling 161 strokes. Jessica Stine from Tampa, FL, took third place, posting 81 on both Day 1 and Day 2, for a total of 162 strokes
