From July 20-21, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Heathrow/Legacy Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Vishruth Badiga from Lake Mary, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Badiga brought in scores of 73 and 75 for a combined total of 148 for the weekend. Gabriel Prisciandaro from Oviedo, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 77 and 72 for a combined total of 149. Giovanni Cardini from Howey-in-the-Hills, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 82 and 70 for a weekend total of 152.
