Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted the Crystal Springs Summer Junior Open this past weekend, July 2-3, at Crystal Springs Resort. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of 6 divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15, Division, Boys 12-13 Division, Boys 10-11 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls U13 Division.
David Burmeister from Coopersburg, PA claimed first place this weekend with rounds of 69 and 71, finishing with a total score of 140. Santino Pineda from Muntinlupa City, Philippines finished in second place with scores of 75 and 73 for a weekend total of 148. Krish Anand from Monroe Twp, NJ finished in third place with scores of 77 and 76 for a weekend total of 153.
Tianzhi Huang from Shanghai, China was the first-place finisher this weekend. Huang brought in scores of 78 and 79 for a weekend total of 157. Mattias Cordes from Metuchen, NJ finished in second place with scores of 78 and 86 for a weekend total of 164Tiger Song from Atascadero, China finished in third place with scores of 85 and 80 for a combined total of 165.
Edward Song from New York, NY was the first-place finisher this weekend. Song brought in scores of 79 and 76 for a combined total of 155 for the weekend. Jack Elia from Chatham, NJ finished in second place with scores of 80 and 76 for a weekend total of 156. Chase Rebore from Bayport, NY finished in third place with scores of 79 and 79 for a weekend total of 158.
Alexandra Young from Woodstock, NY was the first-place finisher this weekend with scores of 82 and 84 for a weekend total of 166. Taerin Lee from Jericho, NY finished in second place with scores of 83 and 88 for a weekend total of 171. Jasmine Clemente from Wayne, NJ finished in third place with scores of 89 and 87 for a weekend total of 176.
