From March 2-3, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted the College Prep Series at NC State. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format and with a field of five divisions, including the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys U10 Division and Girls 14-18 Division.
Davis Conaway from West Chester, PA was the first-place finisher of the College Prep Series at NC State. Conaway scored 70 and 74, giving him a combined total of 144 strokes to finish even. Chase Duncan from Raleigh, NC and Michael G. Henry from Wayne, PA were tied for the runner up position. Both scored 148 strokes, with Duncan shooting 74 in both rounds while Henry shot 73 and 75.
Michael Quallich from Pittsburgh, PA was the first-place finisher of the Boys 14-15 Division. Quallich scored 78 and 73, giving him a combined total of 151 strokes. Sawyer Driscoll from Greenville, SC was the runner up. Driscoll shot 73 and 80, giving him a total of 153 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Armaan Osterman from Fairfax, VA. Osterman scored 76 and 78, giving him a combined total of 154 strokes.
Dawson Griffin from Advance, NC was the first-place finisher of the Boys 11-13 Division. Griffin scored 92 and 90, giving him a combined total of 182 strokes. Eli Singer from New York City, NY was the runner up. Singer shot 102 and 100, giving him a total of 202 strokes.
Jessica Danckwerth from Wayne, NJ was the first-place finisher of the Girls 14-18 Division. Danckwerth scored 80 and 83, giving her a combined total of 163 strokes. Olivia Kury from York, PA was the runner up. Kury shot 91 and 85, finishing with 176 strokes. Rounding out the leaderboard was Caroline Sever from Frankfort, OH. Sever scored 121 and 106, giving her a combined total of 227 strokes.
