The Chicagoland Junior Open at Pine Meadow wrapped up an exciting
two-day tournament at Pine Meadow Golf Club from May 3-4, 2025. Junior golfers displayed outstanding skill and determination across multiple divisions, delivering impressive performances throughout the
event. With beautiful spring conditions and a competitive atmosphere, the tournament provided an unforgettable experience for all participants.
Timothy Adkins from Geneva, IL, finished in first place after recording rounds of 80 on Day 1 and 81 on
Day 2, totaling 161 strokes. Mitchell Ghahrem from Hinsdale, IL, secured second place with scores of 79
on Day 1 and 83 on Day 2, finishing with 162 strokes. Ethan Noellsch from Wheaton, IL, rounded out the
top three with rounds of 85 on Day 1 and 80 on Day 2, finishing with 165 strokes.
Grant Lawton from De Pere, WI, finished in first place after posting rounds of 78 on Day 1 and 80 on
Day 2, totaling 158 strokes. Andrew Wells from Lake Forest, IL, earned second place with rounds of 84
on both Day 1 and Day 2, finishing with 168 strokes. Callahan Damon from Northfield, IL, placed third
after recording scores of 87 on Day 1 and 91 on Day 2, finishing with 178 strokes
McKenna Nelson from Beaver Dam, WI, finished in first place after delivering rounds of 77 on Day 1
and 74 on Day 2, totaling 151 strokes. Isabella (Belle) Kongshaug from Elk Mound, WI, secured second
place with scores of 81 on Day 1 and 78 on Day 2, finishing with 159 strokes. Addison Johannes from
Hartland, WI, placed third after posting rounds of 82 on both Day 1 and Day 2, finishing with 164 strokes.
