From June 8-9, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Ballyowen Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Benjamin Boyanoski from Dunmore, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Boyanoski brought in scores of 73 and 77 for a combined total of 150 for the weekend. Ethan Heuer from Southampton, NY was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 75 and 78 for a combined total of 153. Brendan Bell Jr from Dickson City, PA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 90 and 75 for a combined total of 165. Vince Parlamis from Demarest, NJ finished runner up with scores of 81 and 84 for a weekend total of 165.
