The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted the 54 Hole Phoenix Junior Open this past weekend, February 15-17, 2025, at Toka Sticks Golf Club in Mesa, AZ. Junior golfers competed across four divisions, delivering impressive performances over three rounds of intense play.
Ryan Mosher from Saskatoon, Canada, finished in first place, capping off a strong weekend with scores of 70 on Day 1, 71 on Day 2, and 71 on Day 3, for a total of 212 strokes. Christopher Whittle from Omaha, NE, secured second place, posting scores of 72 on Day 1, 71 on Day 2, and 70 on Day 3, totaling 213 strokes. Clint Summers III from Fort Collins, CO, rounded out the top three with scores of 69 on Day 1, 67 on Day 2, and 79 on Day 3, finishing with 215 strokes.
Albin Norström from Örebro, Sweden, emerged victorious, finishing in first place with scores of 77 on Day 1, 72 on Day 2, and 77 on Day 3, totaling 226 strokes. Braxton Hollan from Sioux Falls, SD, followed closely behind, taking second place with scores of 78 on Day 1, 75 on Day 2, and 78 on Day 3, finishing with 231 strokes. Boden Eacret from Sandpoint, ID, took third place, posting scores of 78 on Day 1, 85 on Day 2, and 85 on Day 3, for a total of 248 strokes.
Cait Dann from Mesa, AZ, showcased exceptional play and finished in first place with scores of 65 on Day 1, 77 on Day 2, and 76 on Day 3, totaling 218 strokes. Arthur “AJ” Carithers from Littleton, CO, finished in second place with scores of 108 on Day 1, 97 on Day 2, and 101 on Day 3, for a total of 306 strokes
Nicole Iniakov from Prunedale, CA, secured first place, delivering an impressive weekend with scores of 71 on Day 1, 70 on Day 2, and 74 on Day 3, for a total of 215 strokes. Olivia Braun from Aberdeen, SD, claimed second place, recording scores of 76 on Day 1, 75 on Day 2, and an outstanding 67 on Day 3, finishing with 218strokes. Kylie Kuppersmith from Gilbert, AZ, finished in third place, posting scores of 80 on Day 1, 71 on Day 2, and 76 on Day 3, totaling 227 strokes.
