The 54 Hole Fort Myers Junior Open came to an exciting close at Cape Royal Golf Club, where junior golfers competed across multiple age divisions, showcasing their talent and dedication over three intense rounds of play from February 15-17, 2025.
Maddox Ketelaar from Wesley Chapel, FL, clinched first place with a stellar performance, scoring 70 on Day 1, 71 on Day 2, and 72 on Day 3, finishing with a total of 213 strokes. Andy Dai from Markham, Canada, secured second place, posting scores of 75 on Day 1, 68 on Day 2, and 72 on Day 3, totaling 215 strokes. Liam Curtis from Kent, OH, rounded out the top three with third place, carding 67 on Day 1, 76 on Day 2, and 73 on Day 3 for a total of 216 strokes.
Caden Fehr from Wildwood, MO, emerged victorious in first place, registering scores of 77 on Day 1, 72 on Day 2, and 74 on Day 3, totaling 223 strokes. Yao Yuan (Chris) Xue from Kowloon, Hong Kong, placed second, recording 83 on Day 1, 74 on Day 2, and 77 on Day 3, for a total of 234 strokes. Luke MacDonald from Calgary, Canada, claimed third place, shooting 77 on Day 1, 86 on Day 2, and 73 on Day 3, finishing with 236 strokes.
Lucas Tech from North Beach, MD, delivered an impressive performance to take first place, posting scores of 77 on Day 1, 84 on Day 2, and 78 on Day 3, totaling 239 strokes.
Ann-Sophie Bourgault from Quebec, Canada, claimed first place, delivering consistent rounds of 73 on Day 1, 72 on Day 2, and 75 on Day 3, for a total of 220 strokes. Alexis Card from Cambridge, Canada, earned second place, shooting 73 on Day 1, 79 on Day 2, and 78 on Day 3, finishing with 230 strokes.
