From January 13-15, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted the 2024 Hurricane Cup. The tournament was made up of a 54-hole format with a field of six divisions including the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys U10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division and Girls U13 Division. These divisions are divided to comprise the North Team and the South Team. Over the weekend the South took home the championship title with a final team score of 1,482 strokes (+46).

Ryan Cronin from the North Team was the first-place finisher for the 2024 Hurricane Cup. Cronin scored 4 under par in the first round with a 68, and scored 72 and 73 in the second and third rounds, respectively. Cronin finished the weekend 3 under par with a combined total of 213 strokes. Luke Walker from the South Team was the runner up. Walker scored 78,77 and 74 to earn him a total of 229 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Matthew Shim from the South Team. Shim finished just one point behind second place, scoring 79, 73 and 78 to a total of 230 strokes for the weekend.
