HJGT Boys U10

Eligibility for HJGT Boys 10-11

Boys 10-11 are eligible to participate in the HJGT Boys 10-11 division. A player’s age division is determined by his or her age during round two. A player may move up during the middle of the season. For example, if a player is 11 and turns 12 in the middle of the season, they will play the remainder of the season in the 12-13 division. Points do not roll over to another division. Players are able to earn points in two age divisions.

In the Boys 10-11 division, if there is only one player on the field, that player will be moved up one division automatically.

Cole battled through the challenging Farmlinks layout, finishing with a +9 final round that showcased his ability to stay composed in tough scoring conditions. His steadiness from tee to green and strong recovery play on the back nine allowed him to separate from the field and secure the top spot. Luke Stuart of Troy, Alabama, closed at +35 after a +13 round, fighting through the demanding slopes and tight landing areas that Farmlinks is known for. His determination throughout the event earned him a well-deserved runner-up finish. Cole’s victory highlighted his developing fundamentals and mental toughness, marking an impressive showing on one of the more challenging courses on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour schedule.
