Points for the 2023 season will be awarded at every event, however there are now 4 different types of points structures depending on the event. Please see the breakdown below. In 2022, the HJGT will introduce a new points system that will feature multiple positive changes. Players will count points for ALL finishes of the year. The ALL HJGT teams will be announced on December 7, 2023.

Within each division, the Player of the Year will be awarded to the player that accumulates the most points throughout the season.

Ties
If there are ties for a specific place, the points will be split evenly. For example, a three-player tie for third place would result in each player receiving 433 Points (1300 total points for third-, fourth- and fifth-place divided evenly among three players).
Age Divisions
Points may only be earned in your age division. Points do not carry over to the older age division if you change divisions during a season. Players who change divisions during a season due to a birthday or players allowed to play up, could potentially have points listed under both age divisions. If you have a birthday in the first half of the year and you will be changing divisions we encourage you to consider playing up from the beginning of the year if you are ready.
