Some junior golf tournaments are about rankings. Others are about recruiting.
This one is about something much bigger.
The FORE ALL Junior Golf Foundation Match Play Challenge, taking place August 9–10, 2025, at The Club at Ibis in West Palm Beach, Florida, is a celebration of purpose. Yes, it’s competitive. Yes, the course is pristine. And yes, the format is fun. But what sets this event apart is its deeper mission.
This is about giving back to the game and making junior golf more accessible and affordable FORE ALL.
A Vision That Started With Two Kids
When Carson Lowe and Nicholas Zaccagnino founded the FORE ALL Junior Golf Foundation in 2022, they weren’t thinking about trophies. They were thinking about kids. As 12- and 13-year-olds, they wanted to create something that opened more doors for other junior golfers, especially those who might not otherwise get the chance to play.
That idea grew into a foundation, and the foundation grew into something bigger than either of them imagined. Today, the Match Play Challenge is more than a fundraiser. It’s a platform that brings families, players, and sponsors together in support of opportunity and access.
Playing With Purpose
The format is match play, which already brings a new level of excitement. It’s personal and pressure-packed, but also creates a natural connection between players.
Daniel Sullivan of Oakdale, New York, said it best. “I am very excited for this Invitational Match Play because it is my first match play tournament I’m playing in, and it is for a good cause and foundation.” That blend of personal experience and broader impact is what makes this weekend feel different.
Dylan Hirst, a standout from Carmel, California, and one of the original FORE ALL Ambassadors, shared a similar thought. “I am very excited to participate in another FORE ALL match play event and meet new people while competing against some good players. Through these unique events, we are helping to grow the game we love!” For many of these juniors, this isn’t just another tournament. It’s a chance to grow both on and off the course.
That sense of connection came up again and again in the conversations we had with players.
Jaxson Weese, from Sebastian, Florida, said, “I’m excited to play with my FORE ALL Team, both the Florida and California players. We’ve been having fun challenges for a couple of years now, and it’s exciting to have a new group of players join us in promoting junior golf for all kids.”
The camaraderie isn’t just limited to players on the same team. The entire event encourages community, and even for those used to competing solo, the team dynamic brings something new.
“I really enjoy playing as a team,” said Travis Reaves of Lake Mary, Florida. “The team tournaments sometimes take a bit of pressure off and allow me to have more fun.”
That fun, that joy, that opportunity to be part of something meaningful is what brings these players together.
Bailey “BB” Baio, from Bradenton, Florida, summed it up with a story from a past experience. “Anytime I get a special invitation and I’m asked to be part of a fun, Hurricane event, I get very excited. Last year, I had the opportunity to represent Team USA against Canada. We won, and it was such an exciting event. I walked away making many new friends.”
And that’s the magic of this tournament. It’s not just the golf. It’s the friendships. It’s the sense of pride. It’s the knowledge that you’re part of something bigger than yourself.
Anthony Primo IV, from Orlando, Florida, described it perfectly. “A chance to grow the game, meet new people, and make new friends.”
Supported by People Who Believe in the Mission
Of course, none of this happens without the people behind the scenes.
The Club at Ibis has been an incredible host and true partner in bringing this event to life. Their commitment to junior golf, to community, and to service is reflected in every detail of the weekend.
We’re also proud to recognize our partners who are helping make this event possible.
Collars & Co, Snaps, JumboMax Golf Grips, Palm Beach County Sports Commission, Srixon, and StrackaLine have each supported the mission not just with resources, but with belief. Their involvement helps create a professional, high-quality experience while funding the future of junior golf.
These brands are showing up for the right reasons. They’re investing in the next generation, not for exposure, but for impact.
A Moment That Will Stick With Them
When this weekend is over, players will remember more than who they beat or what they shot. They’ll remember the moments that happened between shots. The new friends. The laughs. The sense of being part of something meaningful.
And maybe one day, they’ll pass it on.
This event was created by kids who cared deeply about the game and wanted to share it. Now, that spirit lives on through the players who take the tee this weekend. It’s not just about playing great golf. It’s about creating something that lasts.
