Player Spotlight: Meet The Fore All Junior Golf Foundation Match Play Participants

This August, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour and the Fore All Junior Golf Foundation are proud to host the inaugural Fore All Junior Golf Foundation Match Play Challenge, an invitation-only, elite junior golf showdown at the prestigious Club at Ibis in West Palm Beach. In a 24-versus-24 team format, boys and girls ages 10 to 18 from across the country will battle head-to-head in 9-hole and 18-hole match play, testing skill, strategy, composure, and teamwork under pressure.

This week, we are proud to introduce two members from the Hurricane Team and one member from the Fore All Junior Golf Foundation Team. We will feature more players from each team leading up to the event on August 9-10, 2025.

Who is your favorite golfer, and why do they inspire you?

My Favorite golfer is Bryson DeChambeau. Bryson DeChambeau inspires me because of his unique approach to the game. Whether it’s his scientific mindset or his fun challenges with other golf content creators, he brings a positive energy to the sport. He also gives back through his foundation, which supports junior golf, health organizations, and education. On top of that, he donates generously to other charities. Bryson is a great role model, and I hope to one day follow in his footsteps.

What is your favorite golf brand(s) to wear on the course?

My favorite brands to wear on the course are Nike and Scales. They both make comfortable golf polos to wear on and off the course. I also really like G/Fore golf shoes. Their shoes are stable when I swing and comfortable walking the holes during tournaments.

Tell us about your future goals and how golf fits into the big picture.

My future goals are to play golf in college and use my golf experience to do something good. I hope to one day become a Professional Golfer and inspire others to play and grow the game. I also hope to be a businessman and start a charity foundation that gives juniors around the world an opportunity to play golf. Golf is a big part of my life, and I hope to one day have the opportunity to share it with others.

What advice do you have for younger players starting their junior golf journey?

Stay positive. Golf is sometimes frustrating, but your attitude can make all the difference. Staying positive after a bad shot or round helps you bounce back and motivates you to keep improving. That mindset could be the spark that gets you hooked on the game.

Where would you like to play collegiate golf and why?

I would love to play collegiate golf at a Florida school like FGCU. It’s a strong D1 program with a great atmosphere on campus and in the surrounding city. Plus, it’s close to home, so I’d still be near my family.

What is your favorite golf course or tournament?

My favorite golf course is The Bears Club in West Palm Beach. The course itself is unbelievable, with fast greens, great fairways, and nice-looking holes, but the experience of getting to play and practice on the course that many PGA Pros are members of was unreal to me.

What excites you the most about the upcoming Fore All Match Play Challenge?

What excites me most about this upcoming Match-Play challenge is the experience. I’ve never played in a competitive match-play event before, so I’m looking forward to it.

What are you doing to prepare for this match-play event?

I’m focusing on doing Ordinary Things Extraordinarily Well.  Things like ball position, grip, setup, pre-shot routine, and mental strength. I believe doing the little things well builds a strong foundation to fall back on, especially when you’re feeling pressure on the course.

Scottie Scheffler, he is super inspiring because of how much he wins and always places highly in tournaments.

I like Lululemon skirts and shirts, and I also like Peter Millar shirts. Additionally, I wear Adidas shoes.

Tell us about your future goals and how golf fits into the big picture.

My goals are to play golf in college and hopefully make it to the ANWA someday, then eventually turn pro and play on the LPGA.

What advice do you have for younger players starting their junior golf journey?

Never give up and always have fun while playing.

Where would you like to play collegiate golf and why?

I would like to play golf at a college that fits my academic and athletic goals.

What is your favorite golf course or tournament?

My favorite golf course is Seminole Golf Club, and my favorite golf tournament is the Florida Women’s Amateur Championship.

What excites you the most about the upcoming Fore All Match Play Challenge?

I am excited to play in the tournament because it is a cool event. Not many tournaments are team events, so this is a fun tournament with a different setup. I also get to play with a lot of my close golf friends.

What are you doing to prepare for this match-play event?

I am practicing consistently and playing in many tournaments to prepare my game.

Who is your favorite golfer, and why do they inspire you?

Rickie Fowler has always been my favorite golfer. I loved watching him in his bold orange outfits just being Rickie. He inspires me to go out there on the golf course and do you and be yourself.

What is your favorite golf brand(s) to wear on the course?

I love wearing GFORE and have been getting into Sun Day Red lately. They have great stuff!

Tell us about your future goals and how golf fits into the big picture.

My main future goal is to get a scholarship to play college golf, which would allow me to take my game and life to the next level.

What advice do you have for younger players starting their junior golf journey?

I would say to keep your head up. Golf is a mental game with yourself. There will be many ups and downs, but you will get through them if you persist with practice.

Where would you like to play collegiate golf and why?

My dream is to play college golf at either Palm Beach Atlantic or Florida Atlantic University because I am very familiar with and love the Delray/ Boca Raton area of Florida.

What is your favorite golf course or tournament?

My favorite golf course I played was Montauk Downs State Park in New York. My favorite tournament is the US Open because anyone can qualify and compete with the best in the world.

What excites you the most about the upcoming Fore All Match Play Challenge?

I am very excited for this Invitational Match Play because it is my first match play tournament I’m playing in, and it is for a good cause and foundation

What are you doing to prepare for this match-play event?

I am practicing and playing in many rounds every week in preparation for this event.

More on the Fore All Junior Golf Foundation Match Play Challenge…

The Club at Ibis boasts three Nicklaus-designed championship courses and world-class amenities, providing an exceptional setting for this next-level competition. The weekend kicks off Friday evening, August 8, with a Pairings Party and Dinner—an opportunity for players, families, sponsors, and staff to connect and celebrate the spirit of junior golf in a welcoming, social atmosphere. Competitors will don custom team gear, receive special gifts, and fully immerse themselves in an unforgettable hospitality experience.

Created through a partnership with Carson Lowe and Nicholas Zaccagnino—Fore All’s co-founders and junior golfers passionate about expanding access to the sport—the Match Play Challenge showcases how golf can unite youth from diverse communities in meaningful competition and camaraderie.

As Rex Grayner, HJGT’s SVP of Business Development, noted: “This event reflects the best of what junior golf can be—competitive, inclusive, and inspiring.” This Challenge is more than a tournament for these junior athletes; it’s a chance to build character, foster friendships, and demonstrate how teamwork and tenacity define true junior golf excellence at one of Florida’s premier venues.
