Paul Schaum
Marketing and Communications Manager
Paul joined the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour in February of 2024 as the Marketing and Communications Manager. He was born and raised in the Midwest but moved to Arizona upon graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Paul grew up a four-sport athlete, having played basketball, baseball, football and golf competitively. In college, he worked as a sports reporter for several news outlets, in addition to hosting a local sports talk radio show. Since then, he has worked in marketing for nine years and has been a part of several transformative rebrands throughout his career. His experience was shaped by working in a variety of industries, including performing arts, sports betting, local news, pop culture and entertainment, and more. His expertise in digital marketing and passion for all things sports makes him an ideal fit for HJGT. In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and son, often enjoying the outdoors with activities like hiking and golf.
