Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted New Jersey Summer Junior Open this past weekend, June 14-15, at Seaview Marriott Golf Resort. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of 5 divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15, Division, Boys 12-13 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls U13 Division.
Harry Traynor from Malvern, PA claimed first place this weekend with rounds of 74 and 74, finishing with a total score of 148. Connor Smolenski from West Chester, PA finished in second place with scores of 75 and 74 for a weekend total of 149. Ryan Quigley from Holmdel, NJ finished in third place with scores of 76 and 76 for a weekend total of 152.
Brady Cassidy from Gladstone, NJ was the first-place finisher this weekend. Cassidy brought in scores of 83 and 78 for a weekend total of 161. Jack Gioffre from Newton Square, PA finished in second place with scores of 84 and 81for a weekend total of 165. Drew Marling from Glen Dale, WV finished in third place with scores of 80 and 87 for a weekend total of 167.
Neil Kanwar from New York, NY was the first-place finisher this weekend. Kanwar brought in scores of 77 and 77 for a weekend total of 154. Meyer Silverman from Los Angeles, CA finished in second place with scores of 81 and 78 for a weekend total of 159. John Burton from Chatham, NJ finished in third place with scores of 86 and 78 for a weekend total of 164.
Adriana Seravalli from Philadelphia, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Seravalli brought in scores of 80 and 82 for a weekend total of 162. Makayla Stone from Garnet Valley, PA was the runner up this weekend with scores of 85 and 79 for a combined total of 164. Cecilia Esquieres from Brielle, NJ was the third-place finisher this weekend with scores of 92 and 89 for a weekend total of 181.
