The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour brought championship-caliber action to Avalon Country Club over the weekend of May 10–11, as many of the nation’s most promising junior golfers went head-to-head in a thrilling 36-hole showdown. With a premier course as the backdrop, the competition was fierce from start to finish. Players rose to the occasion, delivering clutch performances and showcasing incredible skill and resilience across four competitive divisions: Boys 16–18, Boys 14–15, Boys 12–13, and Girls 14–18. From powerful tee shots to pressure-filled putts, the event was packed with unforgettable moments and offered a clear look at the future of the game.
Dakota George from Ooltewah, TN was the first-place finisher this weekend. George brought in scores of 81 and 74 for a combined total of 155 for the weekend. Joshua Sanfratello from Rosemark, TN finished runner-up for the weekend with scores of 82 and 91 for a combined total of 173. Sean Montgomery from Cookeville, TN finished the top three honors with scores of 94 and 83 for a weekend total of 177.
Parker Brandon from LaGrange, KY was the first-place finisher this weekend. Brandon brought in scores of 78 and 74 for a combined total of 152 for the weekend. Jeremy “Luke” Diamond from Morristown, TN was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 83 and 80 for a combined total of 163. Jackson Young from Kennesaw, GA finished the top three honors with scores of 83 and 84 for a weekend total of 167.
Kylee Renner from Greeneville, TN was the first-place finisher this weekend. Renner brought in scores of 85 and 79 for a combined total of 164 for the weekend. Mackenzie White from Hickory Valley, TN finished runner-up for the weekend with scores of 88 and 81 for a combined total of 169. Lucy Zalla from Scottsville, KY finished third place for the weekend with scores of 88 and 86 for a combined total of 174.
