From September 14-15, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Major Championship at Oneka Ridge. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Tyler Bonin from Johns Woodbury, MN, was the first-place finisher this weekend. Bonin brought in scores of 70 and 70 for a combined total of 140 for the weekend. Joey Mackinac from Inver Grove Heights, MN, was the runner-up for the weekend with scores of 69 and 71 for a combined total of 140. Thomas Meader from Lake Elmo, MN, finished the top three honors with scores of 71 and 70 for a weekend total of 141.

Ryder Haskins from Minnetrista, MN, was the runner-up for the weekend with scores of 72 and 74 for a combined total of 146. Grayson Lorz from Oxbow, ND, was the first-place finisher this weekend. Lorz brought in scores of 82 and 83 for a combined total of 165 for the weekend. Graham Hawkinson from Stillwater, MN, was the runner-up for the weekend with scores of 84 and 84 for a combined total of 168. Peyton Riddering from Mahtomedi, MN, finished the top three honors with scores of 83 and 88 for a weekend total of 171.
