From August 6-7, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Southeast Regional Invitational Presented by Radisson Hotels Americas. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Boys 16-18

Masen McKain, from New Smyrna Beach, Florida was the first-place finisher this weekend. McKain brought in scores of 73 and 72 for a combined total of 145 for the weekend. Cade Hagan, from Simpsonville, South Carolina was the runner up with scores of 72 and 78 for a combined total of 150. Jonathan Elter, from Naples, Florida finished the top three honors with scores of 73 and 80 for a weekend total of 153.
Boys 14-15

Konner Kubica, from Lutz, Florida was the first-place finisher this weekend. Kubica brought in scores of 77 and 82 for a combined total of 159 for the weekend. Jordan Paulshock, from Wesley Chapel, Florida was the runner up with scores of 82 and 79 for a combined total of 161. Cassius Winch, from Saint Augustine, Florida finished the top three honors with scores of 82 and 81 for a weekend total of 163.
Boys 11-13

Giancarlo Aguirre, from Lima, Peru was the first-place finisher this weekend. Aguirre brought in scores of 75 and 74 for a combined total of 149 for the weekend. Sebastian Montemayor, from San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico was the runner up with scores of 76 and 74 for a combined total of 150. Nolan DeForest, from Cape Coral, Florida finished the top three honors with scores of 77 and 74 for a weekend total of 151.
Girls 14-18

Junxi Guo, from Orlando, Florida was the first-place finisher this weekend. Guo brought in scores of 74 and 70 for a combined total of 144 for the weekend. Ebby Somers, from Valdosta, Georgia was the runner up with scores of 77 and 72 for a combined total of 149. Maddie Rathjen, from St. Augustine, Florida finished the top three honors with scores of 77 and 75 for a weekend total of 152.
Girls U13

Camiryn Jackson, from Altamonte Springs, Florida was the first-place finisher this weekend. Jackson brought in scores of 71 and 74 for a combined total of 145 for the weekend. Noha Ghadi, from Orlando, Florida was the runner up with scores of 78 and 73 for a combined total of 151.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 8-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. The tour’s vision is to provide superb hospitality and make every event a memorable one. With play open to both males and females, nearly every junior golfer is eligible to participate on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Currently the HJGT is the largest multi-day junior golf tour in the United States hosting more 2-day nationally ranked events than any other tour. The HJGT has been able to achieve this goal by running the most professional events and providing an exceptional value to all of our players and families over the last 14 years.
Based out of Orlando, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the country. In 2021, the HJGT will conduct events in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Canada. Juniors will compete in 1 of 6 divisions which are: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys under 10, Girls 14-18, and Girls Under 13. Click here to view approximate yardages for each division.
