North Texas Junior Challenge at Riverside Golf Club

On August 26th and 27th, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour made a stop in Grand Prairie, TX.  Despite the questionable weather conditions, players from all over Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas made the trip to Riverside Golf Club.  The first round began with wet and windy weather conditions with a slight break in the clouds for sunshine to end the round. The second round was met with a downpour of rain and a lot of wind, and a slight lightning delay. Undeterred by the weather conditions, the kids continued to play full of enthusiasm and professionalism.
