North Jersey Junior Open

From October 24-25, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the North Jersey Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Tiger Woods Division Boys 16-18, Will Smith Division Boys 14-15, Ernie Els Division Boys 11-13, Bryson DeChambeau Division Boys Under 10,  Justin Timberlake Division Girls 14-18, and Justin Rose Division Girls Under 13.

North Jersey Junior Open

John Bradbeer from Rosemont, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Bradbeer brought in scores of 74 and 71 for a combined total of 145 for the weekend. Jack Ross from Medford Lakes, NJ was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 71 and 74 for a combined total of 145. Ethan Lee from Jackson, NJ finished the top three honors with scores of 73 and 74 for a weekend total of 147.

Evan Eichenlaub from Bethlehem, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Eichenlaub brought in scores of 77 and 75 for a combined total of 152 for the weekend. Lane Krosse from York, PA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 74 and 81 for a combined total of 155. Drew Clark from Kennett Square, PA finished the top three honors with scores of 81 and 75 for a weekend total of 156.

Arjun Caprihan from Warren, NJ  and Reed Krosse from York, PA were the runners up for the weekend. Caprihan finished with scores of 74 and 76 for a combined total of 150. Krosse finished with scores of 78 and 72 for a weekend total of 150.

Amanda Phillips from New York, NY was the first-place finisher this weekend. Phillips brought in scores of 75 and 70 for a combined total of 145 for the weekend. Emily Renoff from Glen Ridge, NJ was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 78 and 75 for a combined total of 153. Sofia Nogalo from Irvington, NY finished the top three honors with scores of 78 and 77 for a weekend total of 155.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour

In 2017, The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour announced a partnership with Nexus, an international hospitality and entertainment company backed by financier Joe Lewis and Tavistock Group, golfing great Tiger Woods and musician and entertainer Justin Timberlake, which will further our collective goal of growing the game of golf, broadening the Tour’s reach across the U.S. and around the world.

The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intent of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18, and now 10 and under, an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. Golfers who participate on the tour will compete in one of six age divisions: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys U10, Girls 14-18, and Girls U13. Based out of Jacksonville, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the nation, with stops in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. In 2016, we have now expanded to the west coast and cover California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Nevada, and Oregon.
