From July 23-24, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Major Championship at Tiffany Greens. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of four divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Solomon Kingston, from Omaha, Nebraska was the first-place finisher this weekend. Kingston brought in scores of 76 and 76 for a combined total of 152 for the weekend. Dylan Bryan, from Jefferson City, Missouri was the runner up with scores of 78 and 75 for a combined total of 153. Lawson Hachmeister, from Ankeny, Iowa finished the top three honors with scores of 77 and 77 for a weekend total of 154.
John Brody McCrary, from Leawood, Kansas was the first-place finisher this weekend. McCrary brought in scores of 86 and 84 for a combined total of 170 for the weekend. Garrett McIntosh, from Columbia, Missouri was the runner up with scores of 87 and 86 for a combined total of 173. Arnav Gupta, from Mission Hills, Kansas finished the top three honors with scores of 92 and 91 for a weekend total of 183.
Kate Braden, from Liberty, Missouri was the first-place finisher this weekend. Braden brought in scores of 80 and 80 for a combined total of 160 for the weekend. Savannah Thessing, from Nixa, Missouri was the runner up with scores of 92 and 83 for a combined total of 175. Mia Farrar, from Blue Springs, Missouri finished the top three honors with scores of 90 and 93 for a weekend total of 183.
Peyton Bundrant, from Overland Park, Kanas was the first-place finisher this weekend. Bundrandt brought in scores of 101 and 98 for a combined total of 199 for the weekend.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 8-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. The tour’s vision is to provide superb hospitality and make every event a memorable one. With play open to both males and females, nearly every junior golfer is eligible to participate on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Currently the HJGT is the largest multi-day junior golf tour in the United States hosting more 2-day nationally ranked events than any other tour. The HJGT has been able to achieve this goal by running the most professional events and providing an exceptional value to all of our players and families over the last 14 years.
Based out of Orlando, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the country. In 2021, the HJGT will conduct events in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Canada. Juniors will compete in 1 of 6 divisions which are: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys under 10, Girls 14-18, and Girls Under 13. Click here to view approximate yardages for each division.
