From August 10th and 11th, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Major Championship at Bristow Manor. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Tiger Woods Division Boys 16-18, Will Smith Division Boys 14-15, Ernie Els Division Boys 11-13, Bryson DeChambeau Division Boys 10 and Under, and Justin Timberlake Division Girls 14-18.
Nicholas Hano from Warrington, PA took home first place honors with scores of 76 and 73 for a total of 149 strokes. Runner up Bryce Corbett from Gainesville, VA placed scores of 77 and 74 for a weekend total of 151 strokes. Rounding out our top three was Aryan Vuradi from Ashburn, VA. Vuradi scored a 79 and 73 for a grand total of 152 strokes.
Cole Shingleton from Winchester, VA took home the victory this weekend with scores of 78 and 79 for a total of 157 strokes. Grant Lester from Washington, DC took home the runner up honors with scores of 75 and 83 for a weekend total of 158. Finishing our top three was Aiden Robertson from Glen Allen, VA with scores of 83 and 80 combined for a 163 total for the weekend.
Michael Lugiano from Shavertown, PA took home first place with scores of 80 and 87 for a weekend total of 167.
Kayleigh Zeman from Silver Springs, MD clinched the first-place honors by 11 strokes. Zeman finished her two-day round with scores of 73 and 81 for a total of 151 strokes. Hallie Boles from Barbourville, KY finished runner up with scores of 83 and 92 a combined total of 165 strokes. Rounding out our top three was Maddie Mccully from Knoxville, MD. Mccully shot a 170 with combined scores of 91 and 79.

Samuel Han from Ashburn, VA was able to seal his victory with rounds of 79 and 80, to finish at a two-day total of 159 strokes.
