From November 12-13, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Major Championship at Barefoot. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Boys 16-18

Julian Gretz from Bargteheide, Germany was the first-place finisher this weekend. Gretz brought in scores of 75 and 73 for a combined total of 148 for the weekend. Anindra Subandhi from Jakarta, Indonesia was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 76 and 74 for a combined total of 150. Miles Martin from Titusville, NJ finished the top three honors with scores of 73 and 79 for a weekend total of 152.
Boys 14-15

Aiden Aguilar from Myrtle Beach, SC was the first-place finisher this weekend. Aguilar brought in scores of 78 and 82 for a combined total of 160 for the weekend. Alex (AJ) Dietrich from Mt. Pleasant, SC was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 80 and 82 for a combined total of 162. Jude Sword from Hollywood, SC finished the top three honors with scores of 82 and 85 for a weekend total of 167.
Boys 11-13

Reed Cook from Mt. Pleasant, SC was the first-place finisher this weekend. Cook brought in scores of 77 and 81 for a combined total of 158 for the weekend. Dexter James Jr. from Hudson, OH was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 80 and 84 for a combined total of 164. Michael McNulty from Suwanee, GA finished the top three honors with scores of 80 and 92 for a weekend total of 172.
Girls 14-18

Grace Anderson from Burlington, Canada was the first-place finisher this weekend. Anderson brought in scores of 80 and 78 for a combined total of 158 for the weekend. Paisley Freda from Cornelius, NC was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 96 and 98 for a combined total of 194.
Girls U13

Gayatri Arora from Pinehurst, NC was the first-place finisher this weekend. Arora brought in scores of 86 and 88 for a combined total of 174 for the weekend. Lily Angioletti from Riverdale, NJ was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 92 and 89 for a combined total of 181. Calie Freda from Corneius, NC finished the top three honors with scores of 102 and 107 for a weekend total of 209.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 8-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. The tour’s vision is to provide superb hospitality and make every event a memorable one. With play open to both males and females, nearly every junior golfer is eligible to participate on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Currently the HJGT is the largest multi-day junior golf tour in the United States hosting more 2-day nationally ranked events than any other tour. The HJGT has been able to achieve this goal by running the most professional events and providing an exceptional value to all of our players and families over the last 14 years.
Based out of Orlando, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the country. In 2021, the HJGT will conduct events in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Canada. Juniors will compete in 1 of 6 divisions which are: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys under 10, Girls 14-18, and Girls Under 13. Click here to view approximate yardages for each division.
