From October 10-11, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Golden Isles Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Tiger Woods Division Boys 16-18, Will Smith Division Boys 14-15, Ernie Els Division Boys 11-13, Bryson DeChambeau Division Boys Under 10, and Justin Timberlake Division Girls 14-18.
Boys 16-18

Trey Marrion from Chesapeake, VA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Marrion brought in scores of 70 and 68 for a combined total of 138 for the weekend. Thomas Ford from Hilton Head, SC was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 73 and 72 for a combined total of 145. Zach Stewart from Duxbury, MA finished the top three honors with scores of 72 and 74 for a weekend total of 146.
Boys 14-15

Aidan Jones from Jesup, GA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Jones brought in scores of 77 and 75 for a combined total of 152 for the weekend. Antonio Juarbe from Jesup, GA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 76 and 78 for a combined total of 154. Finley Burke from Jesup, GA finished the top three honors with scores of 73 and 83 for a weekend total of 156.
Boys 11-13

Noah Pogue from Cartersville, GA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Pogue brought in scores of 78 and 92 for a combined total of 170 for the weekend. Owen Dunn from Cartersville, GA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 87 and 88 for a combined total of 175.
Girls 14-18

Sky Two Hawks Skenandore from De Pere, WI was the first-place finisher this weekend. Skenandore brought in scores of 77 and 75 for a combined total of 152 for the weekend. Kenzie Heba from St. Augustine, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 81 and 78 for a combined total of 159. Kit Schaefer from Kalamazoo, MI finished the top three honors with scores of 82 and 80 for a weekend total of 162.
Girls U13
Boys 10 Under

Will Perkins from Memphis, TN was the first-place finisher this weekend. Perkins brought in scores of 75 and 74 for a combined total of 149 for the weekend. Beck Patrick from Johns Creek, GA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 79 and 84 for a combined total of 163.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
In 2017, The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour announced a partnership with Nexus, an international hospitality and entertainment company backed by financier Joe Lewis and Tavistock Group, golfing great Tiger Woods and musician and entertainer Justin Timberlake, which will further our collective goal of growing the game of golf, broadening the Tour’s reach across the U.S. and around the world.
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intent of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18, and now 10 and under, an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. Golfers who participate on the tour will compete in one of six age divisions: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys U10, Girls 14-18, and Girls U13. Based out of Jacksonville, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the nation, with stops in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. In 2016, we have now expanded to the west coast and cover California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Nevada, and Oregon.
