Faldo Hurricane Series- Northeast Regional

From September 11-12, 2021, the Faldo Hurricane Series held the Northeast Regionals. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys Under 10 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.

Boys 16-18

Faldo Hurricane Series- Northeast Regional

Nate Jordi from Mendon, MA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Jordi brought in scores of 79 and 68 for a combined total of 147 for the weekend. Thomas Lynch from Dunmore, PA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 78 and 70 for a total of 148. CJ Merritt from Plainview, NY finished with the top three honors with scores of 77 and 72 for a weekend total of 149.

Julian Dugan from Rocky River, OH was the first-place finisher this weekend. Dugan brought in scores of 74 and 73 for a combined total of 147 for the weekend. Mark Yan from Newburgh, NY was this weekend’s runner up with scores of 75 and 77 for a weekend total of 152. Joseph Dolezal from Old Westbury, NY finished with the top three honors this weekend. Dolezal brought in scores of 78 and 76 for a combined total of 154 for the weekend.

Dylan Ramsey from Lebanon, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Ramsey brought in scores of 70 and 74 for a combined total of 144 for the weekend. Carson Higginbotham from Spraggs, PA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 76 and 75 for a combined total of 151. Leon Bui from New York, NY finished the top three honors this weekend. Bui brought in scores of 75 and 77 for a weekend total of 152.

Anna Swan from North East, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend with a playoff win against Marisa Flores from Paramus, NJ. Swan brought in scores of 80 and 81 for a combined 161. Flores finished the weekend with scores of 82 and 79 for a total of 161. Kyleen McCance from Hanover Township, PA finished the top three honors with scores of 84 and 79 for a weekend total of 163.

Meadow Tian from Delaware, OH was the first-place finisher this weekend with a playoff win against Madison Koshko from State College, PA. Tian brought in scores of 82 and 75 for a combined 157. Koshko finished off the weekend with scores of 77 and 80 for a total of 157. Angelina Pacheco from Orlando, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 82 and 78 for a weekend total of 160.

Cheever’s scores included 86 and 88 for a weekend total of 174.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour

In 2017, The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour announced a partnership with Nexus, an international hospitality and entertainment company backed by financier Joe Lewis and Tavistock Group, golfing great Tiger Woods and musician and entertainer Justin Timberlake, which will further our collective goal of growing the game of golf, broadening the Tour’s reach across the U.S. and around the world.

The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intent of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18, and now 10 and under, an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. Golfers who participate on the tour will compete in one of six age divisions: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys U10, Girls 14-18, and Girls U13. Based out of Jacksonville, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the nation, with stops in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. In 2016, we have now expanded to the west coast and cover California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Nevada, and Oregon.
