From June 20-21, 2020, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the College Summer Prep Series at UK. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Tiger Woods Division Boys 16-18, Will Smith Division Boys 14-15, Ernie Els Division Boys 11-13, Bryson DeChambeau Division Boys Under 10, Justin Timberlake Division Girls 14-18, and Justin Rose Division Girls Under 13.
Boys 16-18
Devin Smith from Waynesboro, PA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Smith brought in scores of 71 and 66 for a combined total of 137 for the weekend. Samuel Mortell from Chicago, IL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 72 and 71 for a combined total of 143. Boland Grayson from Louisville, KY and Rocco Zakutney from Paducah, KY finished the top three honors with scores for a weekend total of 145.
Boys 14-15
Charlie Spiller from Richmond, KY was the first-place finisher this weekend. Spiller brought in scores of 72 and 71 for a combined total of 143 for the weekend. Grant Roscich from Glen Ellyn, IL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 73 and 77 for a combined total of 150. Grant Broughton from Owensboro, KY finished the top three honors with scores of 75 and 79 for a weekend total of 154.
Boys 11-13
Conner Brummitt from Abingdon, VA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Brummitt brought in scores of 72 and 35 for a combined total of 107 for the weekend. Bradford Lacefield from Versailles, KY was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 75 and 36 for a combined total of 111. Jacob Holzer from Louisville, KY finished the top three honors with scores of 78 and 40 for a weekend total of 118.
Girls 14-18
Delia Gibbs from Lexington, KY was the first-place finisher this weekend. Gibbs brought in scores of 72 and 66 for a combined total of 138 for the weekend. Faith Martin from Rockfield, KY was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 75 and 70 for a combined total of 145. Riley Lewis from Edwardsville, IL finished the top three honors with scores of 71 and 77 for a weekend total of 148.
Girls U13
Keira Yun from Elizabethtown, KY was the first-place finisher this weekend. Yun brought in scores of 80 and 40 for a combined total of 120 for the weekend. Regan Dusenbery from Wichita, KS was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 84 and 45 for a combined total of 129.
Boys 10 Under
Luke Mulligan from Burr ridge, IL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Mulligan brought in scores of 103 and 95 for a combined total of 198 for the weekend.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
In 2017, The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour announced a partnership with Nexus, an international hospitality and entertainment company backed by financier Joe Lewis and Tavistock Group, golfing great Tiger Woods and musician and entertainer Justin Timberlake, which will further our collective goal of growing the game of golf, broadening the Tour’s reach across the U.S. and around the world.
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intent of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18, and now 10 and under, an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. Golfers who participate on the tour will compete in one of six age divisions: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys U10, Girls 14-18, and Girls U13. Based out of Jacksonville, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the nation, with stops in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. In 2016, we have now expanded to the west coast and cover California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Nevada, and Oregon.
