From August 1-2, 2020, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Club Corp Series at Bears Best. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of four divisions that included the Tiger Woods Division Boys 16-18, Will Smith Division Boys 14-15, Ernie Els Division Boys 11-13, Justin Timberlake Division Girls 14-18.
Boys 16-18

Jack Schoenberger from Alpharetta, GA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Schoenberger brought in scores of 74 and 68 for a combined total of 142 for the weekend. Zach Fischer from Cumming, GA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 71 and 79 for a combined total of 150. Jimmy Coleman from Cumming, GA finished the top three honors with scores of 78 and 76 for a weekend total of 154.
Boys 14-15

Jackson Cavanaugh from Newnan, GA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Cavanaugh brought in scores of 74 and 75 for a combined total of 149 for the weekend. Rohan Gopaldas from Suwanee, GA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 83 and 74 for a combined total of 157. Bryant Vail from Acworth, GA finished the top three honors with scores of 85 and 77 for a weekend total of 162.
Boys 11-13

Kai Marko from Roswell, GA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Marko brought in scores of 70 and 72 for a combined total of 142 for the weekend. TJ Harris from Braselton, GA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 82 and 81 for a combined total of 163. Jack Gibbs from Duluth, GA finished the top three honors with scores of 87 and 93 for a weekend total of 180.
Girls 14-18

Yedam Lee from Lawrenceville, GA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Lee brought in scores of 79 and 71 for a combined total of 150 for the weekend. Ella Stoll from Acworth, GA was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 78 and 81 for a combined total of 159. Elizabeth Powell from Roswell, GA and Blair Maner from Atlanta, GA both finished in the top three honors. Powell finished with scores of 81 and 87 for a weekend total of 168. Maner finished with scores of 84 and 84 for a weekend total of 168.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
In 2017, The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour announced a partnership with Nexus, an international hospitality and entertainment company backed by financier Joe Lewis and Tavistock Group, golfing great Tiger Woods and musician and entertainer Justin Timberlake, which will further our collective goal of growing the game of golf, broadening the Tour’s reach across the U.S. and around the world.
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intent of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18, and now 10 and under, an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. Golfers who participate on the tour will compete in one of six age divisions: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys U10, Girls 14-18, and Girls U13. Based out of Jacksonville, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the nation, with stops in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. In 2016, we have now expanded to the west coast and cover California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Nevada, and Oregon.
