From January 30-31, 2021, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Central Florida Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Boys 16-18

Ellis Kinnaird from Carleton Place, Canada was the first-place finisher this weekend. Kinnaird brought in scores of 77 and 74 for a combined total of 151 for the weekend. Cooper Lindberg from Calgary, Canada was the runner ups for the weekend.Coker with scores of 74 and 81 for a combined total of 155 . Ethan Irvine from Hamilton, Canada and Cody Williams from Land O Lakes, FL finished tied for the top three honors. Irvine brought in scores of 80 and 78 for a weekend total of 158 . Williams finished with scores of 77 and 81 for a total of 158.
Boys 14-15

Dax Becker from Trenton, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Becker brought in scores of 80 and 84 for a combined total of 164 for the weekend.
Boys 11-13

Konner Kubica from Northville, MI was the first-place finisher this weekend. Kubica brought in scores of 84 and 83 for a combined total of 167 for the weekend.
Girls 14-18

Anika Richards from Fernandina Beach, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Richards brought in scores of 73 and 79 for a combined total of 152 for the weekend. Skylar Kew from Burlington, Canada was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 79 and 75 for a combined total of 154. Maya Cote from Oakville, Canada finished the top three honors with scores of 80 and 85 for a weekend total of 165.
Girls U13

Jolie Pastorick from Sarasota, FL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Pastorick brought in scores of 84 and 82 for a combined total of 166 for the weekend. Briel Royce from Lake Nona, FL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 87 and 86 for a combined total of 173. Liliana Ford from Debary, FL finished the top three honors with scores of 96 and 106 for a weekend total of 202.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
In 2017, The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour announced a partnership with Nexus, an international hospitality and entertainment company backed by financier Joe Lewis and Tavistock Group, golfing great Tiger Woods and musician and entertainer Justin Timberlake, which will further our collective goal of growing the game of golf, broadening the Tour’s reach across the U.S. and around the world.
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intent of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18, and now 10 and under, an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. Golfers who participate on the tour will compete in one of six age divisions: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys U10, Girls 14-18, and Girls U13. Based out of Jacksonville, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the nation, with stops in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. In 2016, we have now expanded to the west coast and cover California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Nevada, and Oregon.
