From June 16-17, 2021, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Blackwolf Run Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of four divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, and Girls 14-18 Division.
Boys 16-18

Bryson Mercier from Powers, MI was the first-place finisher this weekend. Mercier brought in scores of 73 and 76 for a combined total of 149 (+5) for the weekend. Max Reis from De Pere, WI was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 74 and 79 for a combined total of 153 (+9). Charlie Henger from Chicago, IL and Logan Suter from Oconomowoc, WI tied for third-place. Henger brought in scores of 81 and 80 for a combined 161 (+17), while Suter tallied scores of 76 and 85 for a combined 161 (+17).
Boys 14-15

Tyson Sparks from Muskego, WI was the first-place finisher this weekend. Sparks brought in scores of 73 and 81 for a combined total of 154 (+10) for the weekend. Blake Schatterman from Hawthorn Woods, IL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 91 and 96 for a combined total of 187 (+43).
Boys 11-13

Tucker Sichol from Winnetka, IL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Sichol brought in scores of 101 and 105 for a combined total of 206 (+62) for the weekend.
Girls 14-18

Cater Sichol from Winnetka, IL was the first-place finisher this weekend. Sichol brought in scores of 80 and 87 for a combined total of 167 (+23) for the weekend. Peyton Sichol from Winnetka, IL was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 90 and 87 for a combined total of 177 (+33). Maria Stephens from Volo, IL finished the top three honors with scores of 91 and 93 for a weekend total of 184 (+40).

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 8-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. The tour’s vision is to provide superb hospitality and make every event a memorable one. With play open to both males and females, nearly every junior golfer is eligible to participate on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Currently the HJGT is the largest multi-day junior golf tour in the United States hosting more 2-day nationally ranked events than any other tour. The HJGT has been able to achieve this goal by running the most professional events and providing an exceptional value to all of our players and families over the last 14 years.
Based out of Orlando, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the country. In 2021, the HJGT will conduct events in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Canada. Juniors will compete in 1 of 6 divisions which are: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys under 10, Girls 14-18, and Girls Under 13. Click here to view approximate yardages for each division.
