From April 30th to May 1st, 2022, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the Atlanta Spring Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format with a field of five divisions that included the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Girls 14-18 Division, and Girls Under 13 Division.
Vicente Smith from Santiago, Chile was the first-place finisher this weekend. Smith brought in scores of 77 and 73 for a combined total of 150 for the weekend. Kunakorn Kai Wen Tang from Raleigh, NC was the runner-up this weekend with scores of 73 and 79 for a combined total of 152. Will Perkins from Acworth, GA finished with top three honors with scores of 83 and 75 for a weekend total of 158.
Jack Randolph from Hoschton, GA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Randolph brought in scores of 77 and 82 for a combined total of 159 for the weekend. Rocco Saia from Birmingham, AL was the runner-up this weekend with scores of 85 and 77 for a combined total of 162. Charlie Suddath from Atlanta, GA finished with top three honors with scores of 80 and 86 for a weekend total of 166.
Huntley Couch from Duluth, GA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Couch brought in scores of 87 and 74 for a combined total of 171 for the weekend. Brooks Adams from Atlanta, GA was the runner-up this weekend with scores of 87 and 91 for a combined total of 178.
Natalie Spiska from Jersey City, NJ was the first-place finisher this weekend. Spiska brought in scores of 74 and 73 for a combined total of 147 for the weekend. Ariel Collins from Locust Grove, CA and Cadence Nance from Sharpsburg, GA tied for runner-up this weekend with scores of 83 and 75, and 81 and 77, respectively, for a combined total of 158 each.
Allison Maher from Suwannee, GA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Maher brought in scores of 79 and 86 for a combined total of 165 for the weekend.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 8-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. The tour’s vision is to provide superb hospitality and make every event a memorable one. With play open to both males and females, nearly every junior golfer is eligible to participate on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Currently the HJGT is the largest multi-day junior golf tour in the United States hosting more 2-day nationally ranked events than any other tour. The HJGT has been able to achieve this goal by running the most professional events and providing an exceptional value to all of our players and families over the last 14 years.
Based out of Orlando, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the country. In 2021, the HJGT will conduct events in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Canada. Juniors will compete in 1 of 6 divisions which are: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys under 10, Girls 14-18, and Girls Under 13. Click here to view approximate yardages for each division.
