54-Hole Open at King and Prince

Fro, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour held the 54-Hole Open at  . The tournament was made up of a 54-hole format with a field of six divisions that included the Tiger Woods Division Boys 16-18, Will Smith Division Boys 14-15, Ernie Els Division Boys 11-13, Bryson DeChambeau Division Boys Under 10,  Justin Timberlake Division Girls 14-18, and Justin Rose Division Girls Under 13.

Sam Levine, from Chattanooga, TN was the first place finisher for the weekend. Levine shot 72, 76 and 74 for a total of 222 strokes for the weekend. Alexis Valenzuela from Albany, Bahamas was the second place finisher. Valenzuela shot 80,72 and a 70 for a total of 222 strokes for the weekend. Blake Henriques from Waleska, GA was the third-place finisher this weekend bringing in scores of 79, 70 and 75 for a combined total of 224 strokes.

Happy Gilmore from Bloomfield, IN was the first place finisher for the weekend. Gilmore brought in scores of 81, 80, and 77 for a combined total of 238. Luke Block, from Albany, Nassau, Bahamas was the second place finisher for the weekend. Block brought in scores of 86, 75 and 77. Zion Taylor from Nassu, Bahamas came in third-place with scores of 80, 86 and 77 for a 243 weekend total.

Trace Carter, from Blackshear, GA was the first-place finisher this weekend. Carter brought in scores of 82, 70 and 75 with a combined score of 227. Josh Durthaler from Dunwoody, GA was the second-place finisher with scores of 83, 80 and 82 for a total of 245. To round out the top three was Ethan Keen from West Palm Beach, FL. Keen ended the weekend with scores of 83, 84 and 81 for a total of 248.

Anne Fernandez from Albany, Bahamas was the top finisher with impressive scores 75, 74 and 70 for a 219 stroke weekend finish. Elizabeth Kondal from St. Augustine, FL took home the runner up title with scores of 77, 73 and 70 for a weekend total of 219.  Holly McLean from Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands rounded out the top three with scores of 80, 74 and 74 for a combined total of 228.

Staci Pla, from West Palm Beach, FL was the top finisher for the Justin Rose division with scores of 80, 75 and 70. Her combined total for the weekend was 225 strokes. Alexandra Mathis from Daniel Island, SC was the runner up for the weekend with scores of 85, 90 and 83 a combined total of 258 strokes. Madison Hyndman, from West Palm Beach, FL finished third with scores of 92, 88 and 81 for a combined total of 261 strokes.

Robert Ryan from Greenwich, CT was the top finisher with impressive scores of 83, 96 and 84 for a 263 weekend finish. Jordan Reyes from West Palm Beach, FL took home the runner up title with scores of 93, 84 and 101  for a weekend total of 278.

About Hurricane Junior Golf Tour

In 2017, The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour announced a partnership with Nexus, an international hospitality and entertainment company backed by financier Joe Lewis and Tavistock Group, golfing great Tiger Woods and musician and entertainer Justin Timberlake, which will further our collective goal of growing the game of golf, broadening the Tour’s reach across the U.S. and around the world.

The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intent of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18, and now 10 and under, an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. Golfers who participate on the tour will compete in one of six age divisions: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Boys U10, Girls 14-18, and Girls U13. Based out of Jacksonville, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the nation, with stops in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. In 2016, we have now expanded to the west coast and cover California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Nevada, and Oregon.
