Charlotte Winter Junior Open
From February 3-4, 2024, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour hosted the Charlotte Winter Junior Open. The tournament was made up of a 36-hole format and with a field of five divisions including the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 14-15 Division, Boys 11-13 Division, Boys U10 Division and Girls 14-18 Division.

Xan Pitt from Wake Forest, NC was the first-place finisher of the Charlotte Winter Junior Open. Pitt scored 76 and 74, giving him a combined total of 150 strokes. Kyle Virsik from Huntersville, NC was the runner up. Virsik shot 82 and 71, giving him a total of 153 strokes. Rounding out the top three honors was Cooper Cavanaugh from High Point, NC. Cavanaugh scored 80 and 75, giving him a combined total of 155 strokes to finish the weekend.
