San Diego Jr. Shootout - Recap Feb. 20-21

San Diego Junior Shootout

On Thurs., Feb. 18, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour traveled to Oceanside, Calif., to host the San Diego Junior Shootout at Arrowood Golf Course. With great weather in the forecast, the kids were ready to make their mark on the tour’s first ever tournament in the San Diego area. The weather for the tournament days could not have been better. Saturday was sunny with a breeze, which made for a great way to start out the tournament. The weather stayed the same on Sunday, making it beautiful for some golf. On both days, the field of players received near ideal conditions, minus some slight wind during the day, which led to great scoring. The HJGT would like to thank the Arrowood staff for aiding us in hosting a great event.
