(October 4, 2015) The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour made a stop at Timacuan Golf and Country Club in Lake Mary, Florida to host the Orlando Jr. Open. Day one was filled with sunshine and great weather as the first tee started off on time, and day two with the turnaround of cloudy skies, light winds, and a drizzle here and there. Each division winner will get an invite to the 2015 HJGT Championship.

The Girls 11-14 division lacked in field size this weekend because of a few withdrawals, but that didn’t stop Juli Camargo of Windermere, Florida away from hanging on to clinch the 1st place trophy. Juli took the whole field with a two day total of 150. Coming in a close second was Izzy Pellot from Apopka, Florida, ending with a two day total of 151.
