The winners in each division will receive an automatic bid into the HJGT 2014 Tour Championship and Mid-Season Invitational. Additionally, the top 15 finishers will receive points towards year end honors which include state teams, ALL HJGT teams and the Hurricane Cup. The tournament will be a two day, 36-hole, stroke play event. The first round will begin on Saturday with a double tee start running from 8AM-10AM. The second round, on Sunday, will also be a double tee start with times ranging from 8AM-10AM. The registration fee is $185 for members and $215 for non-members. For 2014 membership information please refer to our website. For over 80 years, Mark Bostick Golf Course has anchored the northwest corner of the University of Florida’s Gainesville campus. Although the course was originally designed by renowned architect Donald Ross during the 1920s, it has evolved over the years to take on its own distinct personality. The course underwent a $4 million renovation project in 2001 by Jacksonville-based architect Bobby Weed. This transformed the contour of the landscape, creating a course that is both physically and mentally challenging. The course has been home to the Gators’ day-to-day operations through five NCAA championships (three men’s and two women’s) and 21 Southeastern Conference (13 men’s, eight women’s) titles since 1962. Each year, the course plays host to several championship tournaments. Included among these are the Gator Invitational, the Gator Women’s Golf Invitational and the Gator Golf Day, where alumni and current PGA Tour players return each year to support the winning tradition of Florida golf.
