College Prep Series at UK
On Thurs., April 7 the HJGT traveled to Lexington, Ky., for the College Prep Series at the University of Kentucky. With below average temperatures for Saturday’s forecast and a snow flurry appearance, it did not make for ideal playing conditions for the players at the Wildcast course. Sunday, however, warmed up, only slightly, but enough to see an improvement in the weekend’s scores. The HJGT would like to thank The University Club of Kentucky for aiding us in hosting the second of two College Prep Series events at UK. Winners in each age division received an invitation to the 2016 Tour Championship on Dec. 3-4. Top three finishers in each division also received invitations to the 2016 Mid Season Invitational at Chateau Elan on June 11-13.
