The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) invites you to play in the Cleveland Junior Open! This event will be held at Signature of Solon Country Club in Solon, OH on April 18-19. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to play one of Ohio’s premier golf courses! The Cleveland Junior Open is open to all golfers between the ages of 11-18. The event will be ranked by the Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS). Top 3 finishers in each division will receive an exemption into the 2015 Mid-Season Invitational at Chateau Elan June 20-22. Winners in each division will receive an exemption into the 2015 National Championship December 5-6. Top 10 finishers receive points towards year end honors which include state teams, ALL HJGT teams, and the Hurricane Cup. The Cleveland Junior Open will have guaranteed AJGA Performance Stars at stake regardless of the field size. The Boys 15-18 Champion will earn 4 Performance Stars and Top 5 will each earn 1 Performance Star. Contact HJGT for any divisions with non-guaranteed status. The Hurricane Collegiate Golf Tour (HCGT) is proud to sponsor the Cleveland Junior Open. The winner of the Boys 15-18 Division and the Winner of the Girls 15-18 will receive one exemption into a Hurricane Collegiate Golf Tour event of their choice ($179 value). The exemption may be used at any HCGT event within the year of 2015. Both rounds will begin with a single tee start from 8:00-10:30 AM. Registration fees for members are $189 and $234 for non-members. Signature of Solon is a fun 18 hole regulation course located at the Signature of Solon Country Club facility in Solon, OH. From the longest tees it features 7,178 yards of golf for a par of 72. The course was designed by Craig Schreiner, ASGCA and opened in 2002.

About us: The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2008 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. Golfers who participate on the tour will compete in one of five age divisions: Boys 15-18, Boys 13-14, Boys 11-12, Girls 15-18, and Girls 11-14.
