The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) invites you to play in the Central Florida Jr. Classic!  We are turning the calendar over with the second HJGT event in Central Florida in 2015.  This event will be held at Juliette Falls Golf and Spa Community in Dunnellon, FL on January 31-February 1. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to play one of Florida’s premier golf courses! The Central Florida Jr. Classic is open to all golfers between the ages of 11-18. At stake in this event are opportunities to earn Junior Golf Scoreboard Rankings (JGS), AJGA Performance Stars if the respective field sizes are met within each age division, Junior Golf Scoreboard Ranking (JGS), and more!  Top 3 finishers in each division will receive an exemption into the 2015 Mid-Season Invitational at Chateau Elan June 20-22.  Winners in each division will receive an exemption into the 2015 Tour Championship December 5-6.  Top 10 finishers receive points towards year end honors which include state teams, ALL HJGT teams, and the Hurricane Cup. This event is a two-day, 36-hole event. Both rounds will begin with a single tee start from 8:00-10:30 AM. Registration fees for members are $189 and $234 for non-members. Juliette Falls’ par-72, John Sanford designed course as named one of the “Top 5 New Courses in 2008,” by Golf Digest.  With beautiful rolling fairways and crisply manicured greens, players of all levels will feel both challenged and welcomed.  During his 29 years in golf course design, John Sanford and his talented staff have designed and renovated over 60 courses across the globe in Asia, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and throughout the United States.

About us: The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2008 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. Golfers who participate on the tour will compete in one of five age divisions: Boys 15-18, Boys 13-14, Boys 11-12, Girls 11-14 and Girls 15-18. Based out of Jacksonville, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the nation, with stops in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, New Jersey, Maryland, Mississippi, New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Massachusetts, Illinois, Louisiana, and Connecticut.
