The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) invites you to play in the Carolina Spring Challenge!  This event will be held at Woodside Plantation Country Club- Jones Course in Aiken, SC on March 14-15. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to play one of South Carolina’s premier golf courses! The Carolina Spring Challenge is open to all golfers between the ages of 11-18. The event will be ranked by the South Carolina Junior Golf Association Heritage Points(SCJGA) , Tarheel Youth Golf Association Points (TYGA) and Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS). Top 3 finishers in each division will receive an exemption into the 2015 Mid-Season Invitational at Chateau Elan June 20-22.  Winners in each division will receive an exemption into the 2015 Tour Championship December 5-6.  Top 10 finishers receive points towards year end honors which include state teams, ALL HJGT teams, and the Hurricane Cup. Carolina Spring Challenge will have guaranteed AJGA Performance Stars at stake regardless of the field size.The Girls 11-14 Champion will earn 1 Performance Star. Contact HJGT for any divisions with non-guaranteed status. This event is a two-day, 36-hole event. Both rounds will begin with a single tee start from 8:00-10:30 AM. About us: The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intent of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. Golfers who participate on the tour will compete in one of five age divisions: Boys 15-18, Boys 13-14, Boys 11-12, Girls 15-18, and Girls 11-14. Based out of Jacksonville, FL, the HJGT administers events all across the nation, with stops in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Virginia, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
