The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour will be traveling to Macon, Georgia when they host the 54 Hole Challenge at Brickyard. This tournament is open to all junior golfers between the ages of 11-18. Being played at the beautiful Brickyard at Riverside Golf Club, this tournament has plenty up for grabs. The champion in each division will win AJGA Performance Stars if their respective field size requirements are met. National Junior Golf Scoreboard rankings will be awarded as well as South Carolina Junior Golf Association Heritage Points and Tarheel Youth Golf Association Points. Winners in each division will receive an automatic bid into the HJGT 2014 Tour Championship and Mid-Season Invitational. Additionally, the top 15 finishers will receive points towards year end honors which include state teams, ALL HJGT teams and the Hurricane Cup. The 54 Hole Challenge at Brickyard will be a 3-day, 54-hole, stroke play event. The first round will begin on Saturday with a double tee start running from 8:30AM-10:30AM. The second round will also be a double tee start on Sunday with times ranging from 8:30AM-10:30AM. The final round, on Monday, will again be a double tee start with times running from 8:30AM-10:30AM. About us: The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2008 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. Golfers who participate on the tour will compete in one of four age divisions: Boys 15-18, Boys 11-14, Girls 11-14 and Girls 15-18.
