54 Hole Challenge at North Shore

(May 27-29 2017)

Starting on Saturday, May 27, 2017, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour landed in Tacoma, WA to host the 54 Hole Challenge at North Shore Golf Course. The rain stayed away and sun came out for the three-day tournament which allowed for quality scoring conditions for the players. These conditions allowed for some closing drama in some of the age divisions and an eventful weekend of golf. There was quite a bit at stake during this tournament for the top 3 finishers of each division. The top 3 finishers in each division would receive exemption for the 2017 National Championships on December 2-3, 2017 along with qualifying for the Mid-Season Invitational at Sea Island Plantation on June 11-13. The top ten finishers also were rewarded points towards end of the year honors, which include state teams, ALL HJGT teams, and the Hurricane Cup.
