The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) invites you to play in the Ohio Kickoff at Delaware! This event will be held at Delaware Golf Club in Delaware, OH on April 4-5. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to play one of Ohio’s premier golf courses! The Ohio Kickoff at Delaware is open to all golfers between the ages of 11-18. The event will be ranked by the Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS). Top 3 finishers in each division will receive an exemption into the 2015 Mid-Season Invitational at Chateau Elan June 20-22. Winners in each division will receive an exemption into the 2015 National Championship December 5-6. Top 10 finishers receive points towards year end honors which include state teams, ALL HJGT teams, and the Hurricane Cup. The Ohio Kickoff at Deleware will have guaranteed AJGA Performance Stars at stake regardless of the field size. The Boys 15-18 Champion will earn 4 Performance Stars and Top 5 will each earn 1 Performance Star. The Girls 11-14 Champion will earn 1 Performance Star. Contact HJGT for any divisions with non-guaranteed status. This event is a two-day, 36-hole event. Both rounds will begin with a single tee start from 8:00-10:30 AM. Registration fees for members are $189 and $234 for non-members. The Delaware Golf Club, originally designed in 1922 as a nine-hole golf course by famed architect Donald J. Ross, expanded to 18 holes under design direction of Dr. Michael A. Hurdzan and PGA Professional Fuzzy Zoeller. Three dramatic valleys, natural tree-lined fairways, ravines, undulating hillsides and water features set the stage for a course that has been sculpted by the games best.

About us: The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intent of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. Golfers who participate on the tour will compete in one of five age divisions: Boys 15-18, Boys 13-14, Boys 11-12, Girls 15-18, and Girls 11-14.
